Chinese Keyboard in James Bond

It has keycap labeled with the cangjie input method, which is used Taiwan and Hong Kong.
I've never seen a keyboard like this.
In China, the keyboard used is the same as English keyboard. They use the pinyin input system, which is based on English alphabets. See Chinese Input Methods
In Hong Kong or Taiwan, they may use the cangjie input system, but it's used by just some 1% of population or less, and normally the labels include English letters.
