In this video, I give a brief description of the history, purpose and functions of Scientology's computer organization, known as INCOMM or the International Network of Computer Organized ManageMent. There have been some damn interesting stories told about this group and some of the shenanigans they've been involved in, but here I try to give a bigger picture view of their ridiculousness.
