• went thru the ordeal of uprading python, from 2020
• install new, remove old. set path env var. make sure old dir is completely removed.
• check any 3rd party lib install. eg black, why is it still in old dir.
• make sure all emacs code calling python still works, eg calling black
• pip install black etc from new.
• u need to make sure pip is running from new.
• make sure ur old is removed.
• also, deleted python 27
• fuck python
• the worst lang in the world
• by a skummish guy
• lowest iq among lang creators
• and promoting sjw faak.

• python 3.12 ditched the windows ancient .chm format
• python 3.9 (year 2020) is still using .chm
• python 3.12 (year 2023) uses html.
